Do you have an appointed importer but do not want to send the entire technical file to the importer?

We are your full service official authorised representative and serve as a legal entity to represent non European Union manufacturers in the EU and ensure your compliance with the European legislation.

Our aim is helping manufacturers, exporters and e-commerce businesses from outside the EU to comply with the legal requirements and regulations enforced by the EU authorities, with a focus on electrical devices, toys, medical devices and machinery.

We are your official full service authorised representative and serve as a legal entity to represent non European Union manufacturers in the EU and ensure your compliance with the European Directives.

Our aim is helping manufacturers, exporters and e-commerce businesses from outside the EU to comply with the legal requirements and regulations enforced by the EU authorities, with a focus on electrical devices, toys, medical devices and machinery.

Why an Authorised Representative?

AR services are mandatory for non-EU and non-UK businesses who plan to sell products in the European Union or United Kingdom either:

  • Directly

  • e-commerce

  • Through a fulfillment service provider

Are you an exporter or e-commerce seller based outside of the European Union or United Kingdom? Are you a reseller of toys, electronics, medical devices, machinery or cosmetics looking to sell your products to consumers in the EU or UK?

Through our Authorised Representative service, we verify the CE marking of products and register as an EU point of contact so that businesses gain access to the European market.

A European Authorised Representative (E.A.R.) serves as a legal entity designated by non European Union (EU) manufacturers, to represent them in the EU and ensure their compliance with the European Directives.

"I am very pleased to be able to be full service provider of CE related services, user manuals and now AR services together with Instrktiv"
